My services are often described as either inner or outer work. Those who have worked with me know the difference: outer work is dialoguing in the conscious state, and inner work is delving into the subconscious, superconscious and all expanded states of consciousness.
Inner work can be as esoteric or as clinical as you desire. Inner work is so much more than just "past lives", and yet past life regression therapy can be the deepest inner work you can do. Having said that, know that inner work can be approached as exploration (curiosity), therapy or empowerment - or all of the above. What follows is a simple attempt to subdivide inner work into more linear categories for clarity and expansion.
We can make a connection to the past, for pure exploration, or for therapeutic value, or to gain direct empowerment, by:
- Connecting to the spirit of loved ones who have past on, which may include family, friends, pets, or to the spirit of an unborn child (unborn, due to miscarriage or termination of the pregnancy).
- Re-experiencing childhood memories or impressions of being in our mother's womb
- Or by re-visiting the classic "past lives"
We can choose to connect to the present to:
- Seek out parallel lives
- To establish a relationship with our Personal Spirit Guides, or our Specific Spirit Guides (health guides, relationship guides, business guides, etc.) We can communicate with the angelic realm, in all its forms. Channeling falls into this category
- Understand something in our life through the use and description of metaphors and analogies
We can connect to the future in order to:
- Connect to the soul of…a desired child, potential mate or business partner, etc.
- See the potential of our life unfolded before us. Life Progression can show us the highest potential or the likeliest path, based on our current energetic conditioning
- Seek to experience our future lives
